AHF Products has a job opportunity for a CDC Lead to be located in Crossville, TN.

JOB DUTIES:

• Oversee all activities and employees during the shift, ensuring requirements are met on their shift.
• Keep order and control of timeline and daily fulfillments.
• Organize a plan of action for the shift.
• Keep truck loading schedule in order.
• Ensure proper loading of TLS, LTL, and CPUs in regard to weight, accuracy, and order of drops, following any drop notes that are on the cover sheets.
• Ensure proper processes and procedures are in place and being followed.
• Ensure all product is correct and available for picking, off-site as well as in-house product.
• Cover any position during a shift in the event of absences.
• Operate a reach truck, tow motor, order picker, standing extender, pallet jack and forklift.
• Multi-task and re-assign employees, as necessary, to complete workload
• Report any issues to the next shift.
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, Supervisors, and other Departments.
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards. Adhere to proper PPE.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
• Ensure all lifts are well-maintained & batteries are being watered as they are changed.
• Perform any other duties that may be required or assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience as CDC ware-handler
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good interpersonal skills in dealing with employees
• Must be available to work overtime as necessary and other shifts as necessary
• Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug test, physical, and criminal background check

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Frequent climbing, bending, walking/standing 8 hours a day, squatting, reaching, pushing and pulling tile.
• Frequent lifting 50-100 pounds, either alone or with the assistance of another employee, in conformity with lifting techniques detailed in safety policies and training materials.
• Frequently working at heights
• Frequent dexterity with hands for use of equipment
• Frequent vision must be sufficient to see and locate items clearly
