Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily safety meetings to promote a zero-injury safety culture.
- Review production schedules daily and assign hourly workers as required.
- Maintain electronic time and production records for the department.
- Adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Identify safety issues and take immediate action.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent education and experience.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- 2-3 years of Supervisory experience.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Initiative-taking and an efficient analytical person.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment.
