Project Manager Janitorial
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a custodial management role focused on building upkeep. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Job Description :
- Ensure compliance with the scope of work.
- Participate in operations meetings
- Follow up on quality inspections
- Scheduling and monitoring of floor care and special projects
- Ensure ongoing training
- Ensure safety training
- Ensure compliance with customer work order program.
- Ensure compliance to all AHI standards and procedures.
- Review supplies.
- Review monthly financials.
- Review expense reports.
- Manage equipment audit compliance.
- Equipment inventory.
- Employee coaching.
Experience :
Janitorial Project Manager : 1 year (Preferred)
Terminal Cleaning Experience (Preferred)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Bilingual (Preferred)
Salary : $50-$60K based on experience
