A Direct Support Professional (DSP ) serves as an advocate, supporter, educator, and caregiver for individuals with disabilities. Our residential programs feature 4-bedroom settings tailored to the specific needs of those we serve. Location: Andover, MN
Compensation: $19.00/hour
Full-Time & Part-Time Hours of Position:
Mornings (6am-2pm) & every other weekend
Evenings (2pm-10pm) & every other weekend
Evenings (3pm-11pm) & every other weekend
Overnights (10pm-6am) & every other weekend
Flexible scheduling
Typical Job Duties:
Cooking and cleaning
Activities of the daily living
Medication administration & documentation
Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)
& Most importantly - Making a difference in the lives of others
Requirements:
18 years or older
Pass a MN DHS Background Study
Available to work every other weekend
Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record
