About our Adult Foster Care division - At Home Living
A DSP functions as an advocate, supporter, educator and caregiver to individuals with disabilities. We believe in our clients and their right to live in the least-restrictive environment. We also ensure that the homes they live in allow them to lead fulfilled lives while remaining safe and well-cared-for. Our programs are 4-bedroom residential settings & centered around the individuals we support. Most importantly, the goal is to provide services to enrich the lives of our residents to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives. We strive to hire caring, compassionate, and genuine staff who want to make a difference! - $16.50-$17.00
8am-2pm

Typical Job Duties
- Cooking and cleaning
- Activities of the daily living
- Medication administration & documentation
- Socializing with residents (playing games, watching movies, going for walks, bonfires, etc.)
- Going to appointments & outings with clients (shopping, movies, fishing, etc.)
- & Most importantly - Making a difference in the lives of others
- 18 years or older
- Pass a MN DHS Background Study
- Available to work every other weekend
- Current Driver's License, Car Insurance, and a Clean Record
- Health Insurance (Full-Time, 1 Year Waiting Period for Part-Time)
