Pay Scale: Based on Experience and Qualifications

Industry: Repair & Mfg Aerospace Company (FAA and AS9100/ISO Certified)
Experience Preferred: 5 years.
Required: Must pass Pre Employment Drug Test and Subject to Random Testing per FAA DOT Regulations.

Job Overview Job Overview: Responsible, under limited direction, to perform the removal/installation of avionics components, fabricate wire harnesses, perform avionics system installations, make wire terminations, and perform functional tests of avionics systems. Must also be able to troubleshoot with minimal error the most complex avionics. Ensure product meets customer requirements, Company’s Procedures, and Quality System.
Summary of Duties
- Testing, Troubleshooting and Repairing Avionics Instrumentation
- Assists in installations, modifications, and the fabrication of wiring and electrical components, fixtures, and associated equipment in accordance with blueprints, worksheets, engineering drawings.
- Follow Policy and Procedure in accordance with Maintenance Manuals, FAA Regulations and AS9100/ISO Certification
Skills / Knowledge / Ability
- Strong Avionics knowledge
- Read and Comprehend Drawings
- Read/write/comprehend English
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds
- Work independently
- Computer and Microsoft Office Skills
- Detail Oriented
Tools and Equipment Knowledge
- Electronic and Mechanical Test Equipment
- Hand Tools for measuring and testing.
