General Duties As A Business Development Associate:
- Build and develop client relationships in a competitive environment
- Advise and sell the most appropriate solutions for each client that will meet their specific needs and drive sales margins
- Negotiate contracts with new and existing clients and overturn any concerns by emphasizing the benefits of our services compared to the competition
- Support the company's growth ambitions by playing a vital role in driving sales and developing new business relationships
- Deliver our proven proprietary consulting method that embeds ongoing change throughout the sales department.
- Provide effective solutions for customers, including recommendations on products and services that meet their needs
We Are Looking To Hire A Business Development Associate With The Following:
- Experience in an Account Management, Sales, or Client Relations position preferred but not required
- Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or Entrepreneurship is ideal but not required
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close sales
- Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client before and after the sale
- Demonstrated ambition with a high-performance track record
- Assured in the capability to communicate and contribute ideas, insights, and new concepts to a senior management
- Attention to detail, ability to work proactively and independently

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
