What Will You Do As A Verizon Sales Representative?
- Communicate with customers face-to-face at their homes to understand their needs, qualify leads, and foster meaningful connections
- Serve as an ambassador for Verizon, embodying their values and promoting a positive brand image through every customer interaction
- Accurately track and report sales data and customer information, providing feedback to clients and Senior Management
- Engage with fellow Verizon Sales Representatives during training sessions to improve strategies, share insights, and achieve overall team goals
- Actively listen to customers to assess their needs, identifying opportunities for promotions and upselling when appropriate
- Confidently address customer questions and concerns by offering solutions through patience, active listening, and in-depth product knowledge, ensuring a positive customer experience
What Do You Need As A Verizon Sales Representative?
- 0-2 years of experience in Client Services, Customer Support, Sales, or a related field
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment during training
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with customers, managers, and fellow Verizon Sale Representatives
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude when dealing with challenges, customer personalities and dynamic environments
- Proficiency with using a mobile device to input customer information
Compensation & Job Details:
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Earnings: This is a performance-based position with average earnings ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 per year. There are additional opportunities available for bonuses and increased commission incentives on a monthly basis.
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)
- Job Locations: Main office in Richmond and field locations. Travel reimbursement provided.
- Clients & Products: Promote and sell Verizon’s wireless phone, internet, and TV services directly to customers.
