Overview
Responsible for facilitation and maintenance of information related to Surgical Services department data in the areas of charge/revenue, passive tracking process, quality control and improvement, to maintain an acceptable level of accuracy and performance on assigned specific duties related to functionality. Provides support for the Perioperative Services Service Line. This position provides administrative support, project management, and coordination of meetings and office activities, as well as, maintains the creation and maintenance of all departments administrative files; responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
Responsibilities
Responsible for efficiently communicating by phone, written correspondence, and email; ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately, delivered in high quality and timely manner.
