Compensation
As a Home Health Registered Nurse at AHN Healthcare@Home, you can expect a competitive pay per visit compensation model with a 4-month orientation pay guarantee. This position also offers up to 23 paid holiday and personal days off in the first year, as well as a 401k plan with matching contributions.

Job Description
This position supports patients in Waterford and surrounding areas and requires a strong commitment to delivering quality patient care. You will be responsible for leading and collaborating with our team to deliver patient care plans, managing and delivering patient care, and consistently meeting critical deadlines for charting.
To succeed in this role, you must have a RN license in the state you work, one year of RN experience, and the clinical competence to deliver quality patient care. You should also have the skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule, as well as demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.
Required Skills and Qualifications
