Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
We are seeking compassionate physical therapists with:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum one year of healthcare experience.
- A commitment to meeting critical deadlines for charting and self-managing time and schedule.
