Compensation and Benefits

This position comes with an attractive salary and benefits package, including a $10,000 first year success bonus for meeting key performance targets. The compensation is based on a fully productive caseload, with the potential to exceed productivity levels.

Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for leading and collaborating with our care team to deliver comprehensive patient care plans, supporting patients in Natrona Heights and surrounding areas. You'll work closely with dedicated schedulers to ensure flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality patient care through comprehensive assessments and treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care

Qualifications

We're looking for compassionate nurses with:

• RN license in the state of practice
• Graduate from an approved school of nursing
• One year of RN experience and clinical competence
• Current driver's license and ability to spend ~20% of time driving to/from patient locations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
