Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality steam carpet cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. This role requires a strong commitment to detail, and customer satisfaction. Prior experience is a plus and starting wage may be adjusted accordingly.
Duties
- Perform carpet cleaning services using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Conduct pre-cleaning inspections to assess the condition of carpets and determine if additional equipment is required.
- Utilize multiple tools and pieces of equipment to ensure the best result.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas before, during, and after service.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Assist with additional custodial tasks as needed.
- Document work performed and report any issues or additional needs identified during service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in carpet cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required, we will train the right candidate.
- Knowledge of the cleaning industry is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Must be a team player and have flexibility of schedule is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license is be required for travel to job sites.

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
