Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various locations, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a detailed eye with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. The Cleaner will work in both residential and commercial locations. Starting wage may vary depending on prior experience and specific hired position.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and common areas, ensuring supplies are stocked.
- Execute commercial cleaning duties in offices, warehouses, or other facilities.
- Carry out custodial duties to ensure the upkeep of the premises.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues to management.
- Follow established health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous.
- A driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks.
