Analyst III Logistics
What You'll be Trusted to Deliver:
- Responsible for managing the daily Workflow process as it relates to the Warehouse Management Systems, Outbound routing package and Ordering Entry Systems as well as acts as a liaison to the IT Department. Coordinates the workflow requirements with business partners.
- Ensures total customer service satisfaction with Retail, Merchandising, Trucking, Vendors and Partner Providers
- Communicates with Demand management team as necessary to resolve any retail ordering issues
- Will assist in training new associates in WMS, ITM and Order Entry activities and systems hardware troubleshooting
- Responsible for evaluating and recommending modifications to procedures or processes impacting their workflow or team
- Be able to handle day to day problems associated with the flow of orders, system issues, emergency situations with a DC facility or stores
- Act as the technical resource within their area of responsibility
- Contribute to writing Standard Operating Procedure manuals for all tasks
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.
- Experience with the following computer programs: SEGA, DSS, LlamaSoft, WMS, PFT, Inforem, Tableau, Revionics, MSP
Collaboration experience with vendors, transportation providers, & third-party consultants -
Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of the trucking industry, distribution, and/or replenishment functions
Basic professional level of knowledge for company, business and industry practices -
Skills:
- Demonstrate a personal acceptance of change and the ability to adapt and drive change
- Excellent organizational, planning, influence, communication, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and persuasive in presenting and selling ideas and executing their implementation
