Overview
The primary focus of this role is to maintain optimal operational service levels at retail locations. This entails collaborating with brand partners, In-Stock teams, and Distribution Center teams to effectively manage both planned and unplanned product allocations. You will be directly responsible for overseeing store allocation transactions for designated product groups and distribution centers.
In this position, you'll also analyze and understand future variability that affects product movement. This includes identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, addressing network-wide impacts, troubleshooting root causes of issues, and supporting procurement initiatives like diversions, forward buying, and efficiency programs.
***Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include: Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD

Responsibilities
- Act as the Team Business Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor team members.
- Lead new hire training and address ongoing training needs as processes evolve.
- Create and update business process training documents and maintain an organized SharePoint site for the team.
- Leverage business experience to identify and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in weekly calls with Distribution Center (DC) and In-Stock teams to align on allocation plans and implement necessary revisions.
- Provide recommendations and task narratives for department operations.
- Assist with system testing as required for business needs.
- Ensure task allocation is effectively communicated among team members.
- Monitor inventory availability and execute planned product allocations promptly for applicable Distribution Centers.
- Review upcoming allocations for DCs and develop Daily Plans that align with facility requirements.
- Maintain reports and track allocation performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze system exceptions, work with IT partners to determine root causes, and implement solutions.
- Manage the movement of inventory related to outbound allocations.
- Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
Requirements

- Strong statistical and analytical skills, with experience applying mathematical models to solve business problems
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data and identify trends and areas for improvement

- Experience leading without authority and guiding others towards solutions
