Overview
The Commercial Reporting Analyst IV will partner with omnichannel commercial product managers, data engineers, data scientists, and business teams to develop and maintain comprehensive reports that monitor omnichannel commercial performance. This position is essential for transforming complex data into clear and actionable insights, empowering business teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional leadership to support strategic decision-making and identify potential opportunities for improvement. You'll provide recommendations for ongoing strategic tests and initiatives, enhancing overall effectiveness. Additionally, you will work closely with fellow reporting analysts to ensure the smooth operation of the omnichannel reporting environment, effectively addressing the daily needs of business teams.
**Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough

Responsibilities
- Drives relationships with multiple stakeholders to define metrics and create and maintain operational performance reporting for business teams
- Represents omnichannel commercial through all internal collaborative channels as the data expert for omnichannel commercial analytics reporting environments
- Leads the retrieval, quality control, and accuracy of omnichannel commercial data to ensure reliable reporting
- Builds the supporting business process for analytical support and reporting maintenance
- Works with the business to help identify areas across Commercial to unlock value via data
- Collaborates closely with key cross-functional leadership to support decisions and evaluate potential strategic opportunities, with a focus on providing recommendations on improvements for strategic tests and initiatives underway
- Supports the development and execution of training, support, and troubleshooting for analytical environments
- Leads strategic projects by structuring complex business problems, analyzing data, and creating actionable, data-driven reporting to support solutions.
- Mentors junior analysts and collaborates with the team to drive improvements in the reporting environment

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience, focusing on analytics, Power BI report development, and structured problem-solving.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to challenge conventional thinking and provide innovative recommendations.
- Proven track record as a strong team player, fostering collaboration.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the confidence to present strategic analytics to senior leaders.
