The Supply Chain Advanced Analytics role is responsible for developing predictive analytical solutions to identify demand trends and forecast future outcomes. This position collaborates closely with supply chain product managers, data visualization analysts, data scientists, and operational teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

As a key member of the supply chain data team—which includes data scientists, data integrity analysts, and product managers—this role supports the integration of AI-driven approaches to enhance personalization and operational efficiency. The analyst will consult with product managers and business stakeholders to develop and optimize machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for complex business challenges.

Additionally, this role is responsible for optimizing models for deployment and researching future-state innovations in supply chain analytics. By identifying and implementing emerging technologies, the analyst will help introduce cutting-edge solutions to advance ADUSA Supply Chain capabilities.

• Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME
  
  

Essential job functions:

• Data Structuring & Technology Integration: Collaborate with IT to structure supply chain data for machine learning applications, ensuring accessibility for analysis and insight generation. Identify and leverage new technologies to enhance data access and facilitate advanced statistical modeling.
• Product Deployment & Scalability: Work closely with product managers and IT engineers to develop, scale, and deploy sustainable supply chain analytics solutions that drive business impact.
• Mentorship & Development: Provide project oversight, guidance, and mentorship to Supply Chain COOPs, supporting their professional growth and analytical skill development.
• Leadership Engagement & Strategic Insights: Lead discussions with senior leadership on innovative analytical approaches, interpreting data implications, and aligning stakeholders on key findings.
• Innovation & Process Enhancement: Research emerging trends and future-state supply chain processes, identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and analytical capabilities.
• Stakeholder Communication & Initiative Presentation: Develop and present new initiatives, tools, and insights to key stakeholders for review and adoption, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Machine Learning & Analytics: Deep understanding and practical experience in applying machine learning concepts, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling.
• Programming & Database Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and SAS, with hands-on experience in data manipulation and model development.
• Data Visualization & Business Intelligence: Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Azure, with the ability to develop insightful visualizations and dashboards.
• Model Management & Big Data Technologies: Knowledge of model lifecycle management and experience working with Hadoop, Hive clusters, Apache Spark, Databricks, and ML frameworks (Spark MLlib, PySpark, Scala).
• Structured Problem Solving: Ability to develop structured approaches to complex business challenges, form data-driven hypotheses, and conduct test analyses.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and executive presentations.
• Strong Communication & Influence: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting strategic analytics to senior leadership.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in supply chain analytics is a plus.
