- Responsible for assigning badges to visitors / vendors for security purposes.
- Maintaining an organized and friendly lobby.
- Folding and stuffing envelopes as needed, as well as creating associate “new hire” packets as needed.
- Other general administrative tasks as needed.
- Answering and responding to questions from the switchboard as needed.
