Director IAM Program
The Global Director of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program is responsible for leading a team of Product Owners and representing stakeholders' interests. This role involves setting the strategic direction for all IAM products within the company, defining the annual roadmap, and overseeing the delivery of new developments, improvements, and maintenance.
This position requires a strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills and a customer service approach to partnering with stakeholders to deliver identity services. The Global Director will report directly to the VP of IAM Products and Security Architecture and work closely with peer information security leaders.

- Strategic Leadership :
Develop and implement the strategy for IAM products, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Collaborate with IT and business departments, as well as external vendors and service providers.

Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the IAM Product Owners.
