Key responsibilities include ensuring that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and collaborating with internal and external business partners as needed to achieve these goals.

Essential Job Functions:
Vendor & Item Setup/Maintenance:
- Validate and input data for vendor and item setup and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with existing service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct outreach to vendors and business partners as necessary.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in Private Brands within the VMDM platform.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach to work with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Embrace and tackle unfamiliar tasks with a proactive mindset.
- Demonstrate quick learning when presented with new situations.
- Remain persistent in achieving objectives despite challenges and setbacks.
- Motivate self and support others to achieve results.
Cost & Deals Entry/Transition Management:
- Validate and input data for vendor cost changes.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain reporting on days of supply to align with targets.
- Ensure compliance with existing service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct outreach to vendors and business partners as necessary.
- Identify potential risks and communicate proactively with key stakeholders.
- Maintain a detail-oriented approach with a steadfast focus on accuracy.
- Embrace and tackle unfamiliar tasks with a proactive mindset.
- Demonstrate quick learning when faced with new situations.
- Remain persistent in achieving objectives despite challenges and setbacks.
- Motivate self and support others to achieve results.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Prior experience in financial and/or project management is preferred.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; strong attention to detail is essential.

Ability to work under tight deadlines while effectively organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple tasks with strong follow-through.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis until the end of their appointment
Preferred:
