Ahold Delhaize USA, a division of global food retailer Ahold Delhaize, is part of the U.S. family of brands, which includes five leading omnichannel grocery brands - Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop. Primary Purpose : Responsible for Refrigeration, HVAC and Electrical Design Review for Remodels and New Stores for all ADUSA Banners. Specific focus on Sustainability and Race-To-Net Zero Goals.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Oversee HVAC and Refrigeration designs for remodels and new stores, over 100 annually.
- Provide Refrigeration Design Recommendations for High Leaker and Conversion Projects.
- Review and approve Construction Schedules related to refrigeration installation.
- Provide solutions for design and maintenance related to problems.
- Business owner / expert for Refrigeration and HVAC Equipment.
- Provide guidance as matter expert to Engineering Refrigeration, Electrical and HVAC for remodel and new construction.
- Work with the larger, brand facing Maintenance Teams (Managers / Supervisors / Technicians / Energy Specialists) to maintain Refrigeration, HVAC and Lighting Setpoint Guides to maximize Equipment dependability and Energy Efficiency.
- Follow up on Refrigeration Commission Process for all remodel and new stores.
- Support Maintenance Managers / Supervisors / technicians and advise on best practices.
- Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business and support our Values.
