Duties

- Observe and document patient behavior, reporting any significant changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare meals and assist with meal planning to ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Engage clients in recreational activities that promote socialization and skill-building.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop personalized care plans.
- Support clients in community integration activities, encouraging participation in local events and programs.
