Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for resident care and strive to providing high-quality services.
Duties
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Provide direct resident care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Assist residents with ADL's (activities of daily living) and personal care; including, but not limited to, bathing, grooming, meal assistance
- Monitor/Record/Report Vital signs
- Support residents in Assisted Living and specialized units such as Memory Care
- Assists with healthcare procedures as necessary within state regulations
- Utilize electronic medical record efficiently and properly
- Communicate appropriately with residents, resident families, and staff member
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents

Requirements:
- Qualified Medication Adie in the state for which you are applying
- Insulin Certification preferred, not required
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, or caregiving, is preferred, not required
- Ability to provide compassionate care
- Current CPR/First Aide certification preferred *if not certified, willing to obtain through the company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Ability to commute to Greenfield, IN 46140
Physical Requirements:
- Job may require sitting, standing, and walking regularly
- Lift/move 50 lbs.
