MIS Coordinator-AHRC Plainview location Mon-Fri 35 hours per week flex
AHRC Nassau provides person-centered supports to over 2,200 people throughout Nassau County. Our organization partners with a family of organizations including Brookville Center for Children’s Services, Citizens Options Unlimited and Advantage Care Health Centers, so that together, we can provide a true continuum of services and supports across a person’s lifetime.
Qualifications:
B. S. in Computer Science or related field required; Two (2) years application support experience; self-motivated, able to work independently, and takes initiative; excellent written, communication, and customer service skills
Primary duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Operate a help desk to assist end users with the desktop computers and phones installed around the agency and manage the repair of the equipment
- Install software and computer equipment to ensure proper setup and operation
- Establish procedures to ensure quality assurance and customer satisfaction
- Provide informal training to end users
- Performs other duties as requested by supervisor
