Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Full Time
Mon-Fri 9-5, plus one Saturday per month
$17 hr. – overtime and Performance Bonus eligible.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will:
- Coordinate with assigned Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to acquire the best candidates for current and future vacancies with an end goal of retaining high quality talent and onboarding.
- Implement best in class practices to drive our talent acquisition strategy, through marketing tools and sourcing of our internal talent pool and utilizing optimal sourcing networks for external candidates.
- Assist with other priority job vacancy needs and responsible for the documentation and onboarding of new hires.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties for Talent Acquisition team.
- Assist with other related HR projects as needed.
We require:
- High School diploma required; Bachelors preferred.
- Previous experience in human resources field preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills required.
- Proven ability in assessing and screening candidates and providing strong administrative support.
- Proven ability to provide quality customer service in a high volume, fast paced environment managing multiple projects.
- Demonstrated competency in intermediate to advanced level proficiency in all Microsoft Suite applications.
- Must be willing to travel throughout Long Island and the near vicinity.
