Schedule:Monday to Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm(Occasional weekends and overtime available to support supplemental program until 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate:$18.10 per hour

Responsibilities:
- Assist participants in learning and developing social, daily living, and work-related skills.
- Develop and expand meaningful community opportunities.
- Transport participants to and from their residences, as well as to appointments, social outings, and other scheduled activities.
- Transport participantsto appointments, social outings, and other activities.
- Complete and maintain daily progress reports.
- Occasionally serve as a job coach, providing guidance and support in real-world work settings.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license Required
- Reasonable flexibility in work hours and ability to respond to the scheduling needs of the individual.
- Experience working with or mentoring people to improve employment skills a plus
- Ability to communicate both orally and in written form in English.
- Ability to establish and maintain a working relationship with program participants, families, staff and community agencies.
- Understanding of Person Centered Planning.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
