Schedule:Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, with flexibility required for possible early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends.

AHRC NYC is looking for a dedicated Supported Employment Managerto oversee their supported work programs in the Bronx. In this role, you'll supervise job coaches, improve service quality, and build strong community and employer relationships, including partnerships with various employers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor job coaches to help individuals develop work skills.
- Provide orientation for new staff and ongoing training for current staff.
- Travel to job sites to supervise job coaches and provide on-site support and resolve issues.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities and job placements.
- Maintain partnerships with employers to ensure quality services and meet contractual requirements.
- Build strong relationships with funding sources and local schools to maximize future job opportunities.
- Participate in community and professional events to promote the program.
- Ensure that program files are complete and support compliance and billing requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Education, Human Services, or Rehabilitative Counseling.
- 2 years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Job coach experience is a plus!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible schedule required. May be asked to cover weekdays and hours between 6am – 12am.
- Valid NY Driver’s License preferred.
