Position Description :
- Assumes overall responsibilities for the smooth operation of the residence.
- Ensures ongoing compliance and quality assurance with State and Federal regulations pertinent to the operation of the residence to which he / she is assigned.
- Provides direct supervision of direct support staff assigned to the residence under his / her jurisdiction.
- Collaborates with the management team to create a program of services for each resident and assigns the tasks of each member of the direct support team.
- Participates in comprehensive service planning activities with outside agencies for each resident under his / her jurisdiction.
