Description
AWC has open positions in the Melting Department for individuals possessing good work record and the willingness to work short notice overtime along with weekend assignments.
Responsible for achieving daily production targets and ensure part quality meets costumer requirements.
• Demonstrates all essential Duties & Responsibilities in Melting
• Start up and shutdown melting machines
• Fill out Daily Production Reports. Ensure downtime issues are recorded with description and correct downtime code. Also, records reject quantity and description.
• Perform safety device systems, performs equipment safety checks, and follows lock out procedure. Follow Stop, Call, Wait
• Maintains good housekeeping
Requirements
Skills preferred for this position are:
· Flexibility to work in a hot environment
· Flexibility to work any shift as required
· Willingness to work Overtime
· Forklift experience preferred
