This is a direct hire position.
The LCSW will provide services and support to infants, toddlers, and their families. The role involves developing and implementing family-centered activities that promote positive outcomes for persons served.
Responsibilities
- Follow birth to three guidelines.
- Provide support to clients and families as part of the transdisciplinary team of therapists.
- Provide clinical supervision to LMSWs according to CT Birth to Three Policies & Procedures (if applicable).
This position requires traveling to various teams, including Middletown, New Britain, Meriden, New Haven, Norwich, and New London.
Requirements
- Masters degree from accredited college or university in related field required.
- Must possess and maintain valid Connecticut licensure or certification per CT State Birth to Three professional regulations.
- Must hold an active credential as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- Experience in children and family services with a focus on Early Intervention preferred.
- Must have a valid United States driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
- Requires License by the Department of Public Health under §20-195n C.G.S or Department of Education certificate endorsement #061.
- Ability to work flexible hours and drive/travel to varying locations as needed.
