As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to patients in a SNF setting. This includes conducting thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical and functional abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals, and ensuring patient safety and well-being at all times.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent experience
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
