The Human Resources Director will provide leadership in the areas of recruitment, selection, orientation, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, rewards and recognition, occupational safety / health, employment recordkeeping, and employee communications.
Responsibilities :
- Leads the recruitment and selection process and ensures that open positions are filled in an effective and efficient manner.
- Provides ideas and direction to maintain an effective new employee company orientation for new associates.
- Provides ideas and direction necessary to perform an annual compensation market analysis, and ensures that internal and external equity goals are achieved.
- Provides ideas, direction and oversight of all benefits programs and with benefits administration.
- Provides ideas and direction for employee recognition programs, and other company sponsored employee programs and events.
- Leads the creation of job descriptions and job qualifications.
- Identifies and resolves employee performance issues.
- Identifies and administers the rewards and recognition plans and strategies.
- Manages, administers, and coordinates the leave of absences (LOA) for applicable client group.
- Ensures that Personnel Files are accurately and effectively maintained.
- Leads the identification of new policies and procedures.
- Leads and manages assigned human resource projects.
- Identifies ideas to achieve individual and department goals, and takes action to implement ideas.
- Functions in the capacity of trusted advisor and internal consultant to designated clients, and provides the highest quality internal customer service.
