Location: Miami, FL (AHT Marine)

Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 / year

• Hours Per Week: 40 Hours Per Week


• Days Per Week: Monday to Friday (8:30am-5:30pm)

• English (Highly Proficient Written & Verbal)


• German and/or Dutch is a huge plus!

• Communication: Follow-up between Captain/ETO, AHT Marine, and Technicians


• Assist Techs: Confirm, collect, and deliver the required equipment prior to service calls


• Work Orders: Follow-up with techs to complete for billing


• Invoices: Service Calls, Equipment Sold, Contracts


• Shipments: Pick list, packing list, labels, communicate with shippers & shipyards


• Purchase Orders & RMA's: Own the process from start to finish


• Travel & Meeting Arrangements: Bookings & confirmations

• 5yrs Administrative Assistance Experience


• Microsoft Suite (Outlook/Excel/Word)


• Preferred: Marine, Yachting Service, AV Industry

• Salary: $50k-60k/yr
