- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or "STEM" majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working technically with Workday and preferably Kronos/UKG
- Hands-on experience with time clock setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience implementing at least one of the following HCM modules: Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, Absence Management (preferably in Workday)

What will your typical day look like?
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the HR function, driving efficiency and effectiveness, with a focus on time and attendance workflows
- Collaborate with HR business unit and IT business unit to foster idea exchange and knowledge sharing around time and attendance systems and integrations
- Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure standardization across HR Technology Team, particularly for time and attendance management
- Configure Workday Time & Labor, Payroll, and Benefits modules to meet business needs, ensuring accurate time tracking and payroll processing
- Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to ensure time clocks are properly installed, maintained, and integrated with Workday, UKG, and other time and attendance applications
- Mentor and guide HR Technology team members on Workday time and attendance functionality, providing knowledge transfer for continued improvements
- HR Timekeeping, Payroll and Benefits Integrations
- Understand and enhance the current mapping of HR systems for timekeeping, payroll and Benefits
- Update local state and country level integrations to meet the new configuration changes as decided by business teams and governing entities
- Lead design meetings of enhancements with IT and HR business teams
- Lead Workday to UKG Dimensions bi-directional integration setup
Ongoing Responsibilities
- Work directly with the corporate business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions for time and attendance systems and integrations
- Develop, test, support, and deploy integrations specific to meeting business requirements for time and attendance
- Analyze release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients' existing time and attendance integrations
- Accountable for data integrity, including data quality and data extracts related to time and attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing demands or needs of the business
- Ability to assess and design system functionality, and actively participate in the entire project life cycle: requirement gathering, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and change management
- Analyze and provide technical support for issues related to the time and attendance integrations designed, as well as other HR application-related support needs; provide thoughtful resolutions or measures to prevent reoccurrences
Physical Demands:
- Requires daily interaction with Team members on meeting calls or in person.
- Requires sitting or standing in cubical and meeting rooms.
- Employee is regularly required to look at computer screen.
Work Environment:
The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
