Job Details
ED RN - every other weekend, every other holiday required
At least 2 years ED nursing experience
Unable to accommodate blocked schedules
Job Requirements
Required for clinical positions : BLS
Required for clinical positions : PALS
Required for clinical positions : ACLS
Primary Source Verification of professional license and / or certification, as required for the position ran within 30 days of start updated upon expiration
NIHSS required for stroke care
Schedule Information
Every other weekend
Every other holiday
Additional Details
Proof of vaccine series or completion and approval of client medical or religious exemption form. Preferred, not required.
Positive MMR titers ONLY from within the last 15 years.
Completed within 1 year of start updated annually. Cannot be done on site.
Will accept one of the following : (a) Proof of full Hepatitis B series (three (3) vaccines) completed (b) Must have at least two (2) vaccines from the series completed, or (c) signed declination, agency form acceptable.
If positive, CXR within 5 years and current Questionnaire
