Delivery Driver / Maintenance

Operates vehicles to transport equipment for the dealership. May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures. Performs maintenance duties for assigned location and department(s) including general upkeep of the facility including buildings and lots.

Responsibilities:

• Transports equipment to/from customers and/or between dealer facilities
• Supports the sales department with equipment delivery as needed
• May maintain records of pickup and deliveries and obtain necessary signatures and receipts if applicable
• Maintains all required certifications in line with DOT, OSHA and company policy
• May need to maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition
• May instruct customers on basic equipment operating procedures as required
• Maintains the facility and vehicles
• Performs grounds maintenance for the dealer properties
• Assists in parts, service, and sales departments as needed
• Assists in moving displays or equipment within the dealership
• May operate a forklift to transport parts, equipment, and supplies for the dealership
• May maintain tool room or run the wash bay
• Maintains a safe working environment and adheres to company safety program at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• 3 years experience as a delivery driver
• Experience with a pickup truck and trailer required
• Ability to lift items weighing upwards to 75 lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to perform multiple duties as assigned
• Basic knowledge of equipment safety procedures
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license required; CDL not required

Pay Range: $16.00 - $24.00 per hour
