Location: Ahwatukee Post Acute
Position: Full-time & Part-time LPN
Shifts Available:
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

What You’ll Do:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, communicating with the care team and families as needed.
- Provide direct care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active LPN licensure in the state of Arizona.
- Level On Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work well in a team, supporting both residents and fellow healthcare professionals.
