ENGINEERING MANAGER

What You’ll Do

• Technical Leadership: Drive engineering execution with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance; Collaborate with external teams to deliver high-quality solutions and foster continuous improvement.
• Product Development: Partner with the Product Owner to align technical efforts with strategic goals and oversee software development.
• Team Management: Manage engineering resources, delegate tasks, and support outsourcing teams to ensure efficient delivery.
• Media Analytics: Leverage expertise in analytics to optimize campaigns and develop data models for product enhancement.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation and ensure clear communication of progress and updates to stakeholders.
  
  

What You Bring

• Experience: 5 years in software engineering, preferably in platform development or AdTech.
• Technical Skills:
• Proven ability to develop scalable and reliable software systems using modern tools.
• Expertise in data analytics, and data modeling.
• Leadership:
• Experience in managing engineering teams and external partners.
• Efficient task delegation, effort estimation, and stakeholder communication.
• Language Proficiency: Proficient in English (B2 ) to ensure clear and effective communication.
• Deep understanding of AdTech challenges and opportunities is a plus.
