Job Description: Proposal Specialist/Writer
AI Engineers is seeking a Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Writer to join our busy and growing marketing team at our corporate office in Middletown, Connecticut!
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Prior experience with the architecture/engineering/construction industry, and preparing RFPs and RFQs is preferred, but not required.
- A degree, experience, or interest in Communications or Writing will be considered in lieu of industry experience.
- Experience in desktop publishing including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office is required.
- Experience with social media, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter; ability to share content regularly.
- Ability to work in a team environment & collaborate with others.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities Include:
- Tracking and preparation of responses to RFPs and RFQs.
- Reviewing and editing of marketing materials for timely submissions.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations & assisting with client project interviews.
- Maintenance and updates for marketing collateral, including project sheets, resumes, brochures, and promotional fliers.
- Updating client and project databases in CRM system.
- Supporting AIE’s efforts in projecting quality, consistency, and innovation through all marketing activities across the company.
