This is a remarkable opportunity to integrate new acquisitions to AI Fire and drive our business growth.

In this high visibility, hands-on role, you will serve as an integration lead to support AI Fire's numerous acquisition efforts. The Integration Associate will oversee simultaneous acquisition integrations collaborating with a cross-functional integration team to ensure all relevant tasks are completed. Integration activities range from developing and implementing actionable plans to achieve transaction objectives and diving deep on tactical aspects of integration projects. Stakeholder groups include Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Safety. Successful Integration Associates are self-starters, great communicators, hyper organized, natural problem solvers, collaborative, flexible, and not fazed by adversity or ambiguity. This individual will engage directly with the executive team and operational leaders.

This is a remote opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage several acquisition integrations implementations simultaneously.
  • Execute integration plan and timeline in collaboration with the EVP of M&A and other Executive leaders.
  • Track and communicate appropriate initiatives and deliverables to integration team and stakeholders.
  • Refine and maintain integration tracking tools for various M&A integrations.
  • Further define and improve AI Fire's best-practice integration "playbook."
  • Create and update dashboards for internal and external updates, including materials for the Board.
  • Communicate project priorities to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to align resources to integration plans.
  • Prepare appropriate documentation to close out integration projects and facilitate effective hand-offs.
  • This role can be remote or based out of one of our locations.
  • REQUIREMENTS :

  • Project management experience
  • Integration experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Change management background.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Effective and collaborative communication and skills, with the ability to customize approach for a variety of audiences ranging from senior executives to junior resources.
  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision and manage tasks from start to finish.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • This position is 50% travel to support integrations on site.
  • Candidates should have easy airport access to accommodate the required travel.
