We're seeking a high-energy SDR to join our fast-moving go-to-market team. You’ll be on the front lines of customer engagement—identifying, qualifying, and advancing new sales opportunities across strategic enterprise accounts. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about AI, manufacturing, and modern sales.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to targeted prospects across manufacturing verticals (automotive, electronics, industrial)
- Book discovery calls for Account Executives and help them prepare with relevant account insights
- Qualify inbound leads and nurture early-stage pipeline
- Maintain clean and organized records in our CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to test and iterate messaging
- Provide feedback on what’s resonating in the field to refine GTM strategy
- 1–2 years of SDR, BDR, or inside sales experience (B2B SaaS or industrial AI a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, coachable, and driven by results
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
