Responsibilities
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, employing behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Supervise and assist students during daycare or camp activities, ensuring their safety and engagement.
- Provide clear, patient, and engaging instruction to students with diverse skill levels.
- Maintain classroom equipment and learning materials.
- Potentially assist with program-related administrative tasks.
Experience
- Genuine passion for teaching and working with children.
- Proven experience working with children in an educational or daycare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with first aid practices is a plus, ensuring the safety of all students during school activities.
- Experience in tutoring can be beneficial for understanding individual student needs.
- Previous experience managing behavior in a classroom setting will be advantageous for maintaining discipline and order.
