Position Summary
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by selling our AI-driven sales automation platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B sales, a strong track record in tech-driven sales environments, and the ability to articulate how AI Sales, Inc. can optimize clients’ sales processes.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new business and grow existing accounts.
- Educate prospective clients on AI Sales, Inc.’s platform and demonstrate how it improves sales efficiency and revenue generation.
- Utilize AI-driven insights to refine sales pitches and engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and data teams to continuously optimize outreach efforts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide data-driven feedback for sales strategy adjustments.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote AI Sales, Inc. and expand the customer base.
- 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales automation, and AI-driven sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different buyer personas.
- Experience with CRM platforms and data-driven sales methodologies.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in industries such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, or Industrial Services.
- Familiarity with algorithmic sales and digital transformation in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of geofencing, targeted sales automation, and digital advertising strategies.
- Competitive base salary ($118K per year) commission based on increased revenue.
