Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Banking & Wealth Management)

Location: Onsite - Cleveland, OH / Dallas, TX / New York City, NY / Chicago, IL / Buffalo Grove, IL

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Banking and Wealth Management, specifically in platforms like Global Plus, Charles River, and Pershing. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs and technical solutions, driving process improvements and system integration to support wealth management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for banking and wealth management processes.
• Analyze existing systems (e.g., Global Plus, Charles River, Pershing) to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams for system enhancements.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to ensure project alignment.
• Support system integration efforts across wealth platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Lead testing, including test plan creation, execution, and UAT coordination.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, Basel III).
• Provide user training on new features and system updates.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process and system improvements.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong background in Banking & Wealth Management, with knowledge of portfolio management, client reporting, compliance, and trade execution.
• Hands-on experience with Global Plus, Charles River, and Pershing platforms.
• Expertise in business process mapping, functional specifications, and use case development.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience in testing and quality assurance, including UAT.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting banking and wealth management.
