Top Skills & Years of Experience:

• 10 or more years of IT project management experience with leadership responsibility

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.

• PMP Certification optional

• Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum is required. No certifications required if they have 10 years of PM experience.

• Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in agile project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices, and change management techniques.

Nice to Have:

• Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills in an Application Development Environment with the ability to prioritize and coordinate many different project tasks while setting appropriate goals and deadlines

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others to perform well while effectively influencing the actions and opinions of others

• Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills

Note: Candidate must be a CURRENT WI resident. No relocation allowed. 100% remote allowed in the State of Wisconsin.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
