About the Role
Join us as Client Relationship Manager!
Responsible for maximising the sales of AIA products and services through brokers to meet individual / team quotas and AIA business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- To achieve team sales goal and meet growth targets through collaboration with internal and external parties.
- To articulate AIA’s proposition to develop new avenue of business & retention of accounts.
- To build and develop existing relationship with intermediaries.
- To ensure renewal invitations are issued within 6-8 weeks prior to expiry and timely follow up on negotiations and placement.
- Day-to-day account management to ensure accounts are serviced appropriately. This includes timely responses especially on issues and co-ordination between internal departments, clients, intermediaries, TPAs.
- Regular intermediary visitations, meetings wherever required. Internal
- Identify process improvements to achieve efficiency.
- Lead, support and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- To collaborate with relevant departments to manage projects.
- Customer servicing and resolution management.
- Work with all departments in Corporate Solutions as well as other Enterprise divisions.
