We are currently seeking a full-time Architectural Specifications Writer with the following desired qualifications and skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the architecture field 5 years of experience writing specifications
- Understanding of the selection and integration of building systems
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methods, and building codes
- Understanding of all aspects and phases of the architectural production process
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to organize and work on multiple projects at once
- Effective time management
- Hard-working and positive attitude
