Who We Would Like to Meet :
Professionals who have at least 5 years of experience working on High-Rise and Mixed-Use Multifamily Buildings. We prefer education and experience that relates to the local community, environment, and market. We value a variety of work experiences, not limited to architecture or construction—if you have additional experience, please reach out to us, we are happy to see if there is a way for you to fit into our team.
Experience and Responsibilities :
- Experience in all phases of architecture from concept to contract administration
- Licensure preferred, but not required. Bumgardner supports efforts to achieve licensure
- Architectural role expectations range from AIA Architect Level II / Architectural Staff Level I
- Project Management roles including assisting in invoicing, scheduling, and budget tracking
- Knowledge of building detailing, components, and materials
- Literacy in building and zoning code
- Strong sense of ownership of all work, proactive in seeking ways to further a project, as well as proactive in daily tasks.
- Coordination with owners, consultants, and contractors
- Project Documentation and Graphics
- Mentor less experienced staff, as well as learn from them
- Implement and improve office-wide systems
