The independently operated company introduced the all-inclusive concept to Mexico more than 30 years ago and has continued to expand ever since. Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
● Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company
objectives.
● Identify, target, and secure new clients.
● Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall company
success.
● Present AIC Hotel Groups’ unique selling points to travel advisors and clients.
● Conduct virtual and in-person sales calls, documenting activity in the CRM system
(Salesforce).
Training and Marketing Support
● Conduct training sessions (virtual and in-person) for agency partners, advisors,
and preferred partners.
● Develop targeted marketing plans and maintain consistent communication with travel
advisors.
● Manage and create content for a professional social media presence, adhering to
brand guidelines.
● Create a private facebook group for advisors in order to maintain communication.
● Encourage advisors to register for travel agent website and bonus rewards program.
Event Coordination and Collaboration
● Organize and participate in conferences, trade shows, educational experiences, familiarization trips and exclusive sales initiatives.
● Prepare detailed itineraries and budgets for events and trips.
● Collaborate with the Director of Field Sales on quarterly and annual business plans.
Reporting and Administrative Tasks
● Submit quarterly activity reports summarizing sales efforts and results.
● Provide reports, including market analysis and competitor insights.
● Manage expense reports and maintain an updated 60-day travel calendar.
● Maintain mileage report on driving distances for reimbursement.
Qualifications
● Outgoing, positive and professional attitude.
● Strong communication and time management skills required.
● Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
● Knowledge and experience in the travel industry.
● Proficiency in Salesforce, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and G Suite.
● Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.
● Valid driver’s license, passport, and a reliable vehicle for business use.
● Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally up to 80% of the time.
● Must pass a comprehensive background check, credit check and drug test.
